*We rent out for a week or shorter if the periode fits in.
For the holiday season we give preference to 2 weeks.
Please keep in mind, that in renting a vacation apartment,
you have to read the basic rental terms & conditions first (see below)
and if you agree by placing a check
in the 'I've read and agree with the terms & condition' box,
underneath the secure reservation page,
you can go ahead and make a reservation.
Basic rental terms & conditions:
To confirm a reservation we ask for a guarantee of $350 by creditcard
to keep the vacation apartment for you.
The full balance is due 30 days in advance of arrival
or 45 days in case of an early booking, holiday or high season.
All payments are non refundable after final payment due date.
Please note: we'll only charge the guarantee in case of cancellation
or when damage is done to the property or car.
To protect yourself & us we recommend to take travel insurance,
just in case you need to make a last minute cancellation,
due to a sudden personal or family problem
or a severe change in the weather.

Cancellations:
All reservations cancelled are subject to a cancellation charge of the guarantee.
For reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival,
or 45 days in case of an early booking (3 months), holiday or high season,
no refund will be made if the vacation apartment is not rented for the reserved period.
No refunds will be made for early departures or if number in party decreases.
